This is still in the trial stages!  This is formulated to help deal with allergies.  It should be safe while pregnant and nursing.  (ALWAYS consult with your physician before starting any medicine- natural or otherwise).  The flavor of this is somewhat earthy, with a strong hint of spearmint and sweet with honey.  Ingredients are organic.

Ingredients: elderberries, nettle, goldenrod, alfalfa, spearmint, astragalus root, rosehips, and hibiscus.
